Daily Help & Companionship
Regular visits from a small, familiar team — practical help with the day, and time for a proper conversation.

Est. August 2022 · CQC registered 6 July 2023
A family-run, CQC-registered home care service for Harrow & North West London. From a couple of visits a week to live-in and night care, planned around one person, not a shift pattern.
London Imperial Care Ltd was proudly established in August 2022 as a family-run business, committed to instilling family values into how we look after the people we care for, their relatives and their friends.
We deliver care that is as individual as the people we care for, with empathy, kindness and compassion. Every plan begins with a free home visit, and a written quotation before anything is agreed.
A starting point, not a menu. The real plan is written with you at your kitchen table.

Specialist
Care plans built around the condition, the person, and how the household actually runs.
Around the clock
Continuous support when visits are no longer enough — with the person staying in the home they know.
Three words on the first page of every care plan. They shape how we listen, how we support, and how we show up for every family we care for.
01, Empathy first
Every care plan starts with listening — routines, fears, preferences and family dynamics — so support feels personal from the first visit.
02, Kindness daily
From helping with breakfast to offering calm companionship, kindness is built into each task, so support never feels clinical or rushed.
03, Compassion always
Compassion means being present on the harder days too, supporting families with patience and dignity when care matters most.
From a helping hand with everyday routines to specialist support and live-in care, every visit is shaped around the person, their home and their family.
