What we look for
- Reliable, warm and unhurried by nature
- Right to work in the UK and willing to complete an enhanced DBS
- Driving licence and access to a car preferred, not required
- Some care experience is welcome; the right person without it is welcome too
What we offer
- Paid induction and shadowing before working unsupervised
- Ongoing training including manual handling, medication and dementia care
- A small team, a named coordinator, and realistic travel time between calls
- Overtime and referral bonuses where available
